A controlled explosion was carried out at a Wiltshire golf course after the discovery of a two-inch mortar.
The club manager of Ogbourne Downs Golf Club found the mortar during a routine inspection of the course and called the Police.
An Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team from the Royal Logistics Corps (RLC) was mobilised to the site and they destroyed the device in situ.
