The crew of a marine research vessel operating in the Firth of Clyde were brought to shore after encountering a sea mine near Wemyss Bay.
The vessel contacted the Coastguard and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) personnel were mobilised to remove the mine from the area.
