World War Two Fuze Found on Farmland on Teesside

A suspected World War Two era bomb fuze was found by a metal detectorist investigating farmland in Norton, Stockton-on-Tees.  The farm owners called the Police after the device, which appeared intact, was uncovered.

An Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team was called to the scene and they deemed the fuze safe to move.
