WWII UXO Removed from Coventry Garden

JS85067499-300x200An Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team was called to a property in Coventry after a local resident flagged down a Police officer to inform him of a suspicious find in his back garden.

After a brief evacuation of nearby houses, the item was judged to be a piece of WWII ordnance (type unspecified) and was removed by the Royal Logistics Corps (RLC) bomb squad.
