An unexploded hand grenade was found by magnet fishermen on the Worcester & Birmingham Canal in the north of Worcester. It comes just a fortnight after a similar Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) discovery on the same stretch of canal.
An Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team was called to render the grenade safe in a controlled explosion.
