2No. suspected ‘unexploded bombs’ were found by builders in a garden in Denmark Hill, South London. Police put in place a security cordon prior to the attendance of an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team.
The EOD team moved one device to a nearby golf course where it was made safe in a controlled explosion. The other device was safe to transport.
